Every game in this catalog is an original work of All Purpose Industries. We write the code, draw the artwork, name the machines and synthesise the sound ourselves.
This arcade presents original games inspired by the mechanics and genres of video-game history. Game mechanics and genres are not owned by anyone; the names, characters, artwork and sounds of specific classic games are, and none of them appear here.
All Purpose Industries is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any publisher, developer or rights-holder of any classic video game. Any third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are not used on this site.

4Privacy, in one paragraph
We collect nothing about you and ask for nothing. There are no accounts, no cookies, no advertising identifiers and no profiles, and each game is a single self-contained file that loads no outside code of its own. Your best scores are saved in your own browser's local storage and never leave your device.
Our web host currently adds its own cookieless analytics script at the network level, which we are switching off; the privacy page explains exactly what it does in the meantime.

5Content notice
Most of this catalog is suitable for anyone. A small number of titles contain suggestive comedy intended for a mature-ish audience. Where that is the case, the machine's description on the catalog page says so before you start it.
