The short version

We collect nothing about you, and we ask for nothing. No accounts, no cookies, no advertising identifiers, no profiles, and nothing you do in a game is ever sent anywhere.

Each game is a single self-contained file that loads no outside code of its own. The one exception is described in section 3, and we are removing it.

1What we do not collect

  • No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and no way to identify yourself to us.
  • No cookies. The site sets none, for any purpose.
  • No analytics. No page-view counters, no session recording, no heatmaps, no attribution or conversion tracking.
  • No advertising or tracking pixels, no third-party fonts and no embedded frames. One third-party script is currently present and is described in section 3.
  • No personal information — no name, email address, phone number, location or payment details, because none is ever requested.

Our web host necessarily processes ordinary network information, such as the IP address your browser connects from, in order to deliver the page to you at all. We do not use that to build profiles, and we do not combine it with anything else.

2What stays on your own device

Each cabinet remembers your best score, and some remember small conveniences such as whether you muted the sound. These are written to your browser's localStorage under keys beginning apl.

That data never leaves your device. We cannot read it, it is not transmitted anywhere, and it is not shared between people or between devices.

You can erase it at any time through your browser's settings — the option is usually called "clear site data", "clear browsing data" or "cookies and site data". Clearing it resets your high scores and nothing else.

3One thing we are removing

Our web host, Cloudflare, currently adds its own Web Analytics script to pages served from this domain. We did not put it in our code and it is not part of any game — it is applied automatically at the network level, across the wider domain this arcade sits on.

What it does: it reports aggregate visit information, such as which page was loaded and broad device and country-level data, back to Cloudflare. It sets no cookies and does not identify you personally. It does not see your scores or anything you do inside a game.

We are switching it off for this arcade. It contradicts the promise this page makes, and we would rather keep the promise than keep the statistics. When it is gone, this section will be removed and the effective date above will change.

4Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. That is not a promise about our intentions — the site has no mechanism to collect personal information from any visitor of any age.

Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for a parent or guardian to request the deletion of. If you have a question about this, please contact us using the details below.

5California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have rights to know what personal information a business collects about them, to have it deleted, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Those rights are satisfied here in the simplest possible way: we collect no personal information, we sell none, and we share none. There is no personal information to disclose, correct or delete, and no sale or sharing to opt out of.

You are welcome to contact us to confirm this, and we will respond.

6Changes to this policy

If the site ever begins collecting anything, this page will be updated before that happens and its effective date will change. We would rather lose a feature than quietly weaken this.
